I support organic so I buy fresh from farmer's market or health stores. I love organic! Farms, especially the small farms certainly need our support. By the way my husband and I visited Idaho for a week. We drove from CA. Idaho was wonderful and clean, we were impressed! We saw Eagle, Boise, and Twin Falls. You're blessed to live in such a beautiful state. I love the lakes, rivers, and gorgeous homes. I also enjoyed the garden center, North End Organic Nursery in Boise and bought seeds. Everyone in Idaho was friendly and many are polite. We're planning to move there God willing. We're praying and looking for work there. My husband's cousin lives in Eagle and she's also helping us. We want to get out of CA!

Thanks for sharing such an informational post. Living in a highly farmed area, I agree totally with all you have said. I try to buy local whenever possible. We need to support our local farmers. Carla
