A few sprigs of herbs and lemon slices add a special twist to ordinary water.

Here at Seasonal Wisdom, I’m always throwing edible flowers and herbs into our meals, and that includes beverages of all types. That’s why I was delighted when the folks over at Burpee Seeds and Plants asked me to share in their blog some of my favorite ways to drink herbs.

Hi – I enjoyed the Burpee article, with some great instructions on how to make the drinks. But I LOVE the photos above — the arrangement of pitchers and glasses in threes! Have a great day!

It’s not an herb or a tea, but this article reminds me I was just reading about making syrup — as in pancake syrup — using dandelions! If you want a link, let me know and I’ll post it! It’s from a UK flower blog. Cheers!

You go, Susan Potts. Let your creativity run wild and have fun with your recipe creation,

Emmon, I’d love to see the recipe for dandelion syrup. If you’d like to post the link that would be helpful. Enjoy the start of your growing season.

Teresa
