This recipe looks very nice and certainly taste very, very good. I tried to cook it and my family was impressed by the taste, the look was not very nice, but in the end taste counts more. Thanks for sharing.

As a child my grandmother would put fresh sliced cucumber on sandwiches in the summer. One of my favorite sandwiches is hummus with slices of fresh tomato, cucumbers, sprouts and lettuce on a flat bread, like pita or whole grain tortilla. Or instead of hummus, I like mayonaise mixed with avocado, peppers and cilantro.

Can’t wait to try the soup. It looks so good!

Oh my! This looks delicious. My cucumbers can’t grow fast enough now.

My favorite way to eat cucumbers in the summer, when they’re fresh, is in sandwiches on homemade bread. mmmm….cucumbers can’t grow fast enough!
